Thank you PACL for providing the Silicon Valley Reads kits for our book group. We discussed "Distant Land" at our January meeting this week and we had a wonderful discussion. In fact, I think it was the best discussion that we have had. There is so much to talk about and explore in "Distant Land" -- the history, politics, Shanghai and of course the main characters and their relationships. I look forward to attending your many upcoming programs.
